Spine & Sport was founded in 2004 by Dr. Jacques L. Beauchamp and Dr. Eric C. Bull. We got our beginnings in a 14×10 foot room in the back of a gym with a staff of two. Like many small businesses we opened with the hope that through perseverance we would grow into a successful business providing the quality of care that was important to us. Since that time our company has grown to six locations with over 100 employees in Southeast Georgia.
One similarity both Dr. Bull and Dr. Beauchamp share is a tight-knit family upbringing. Home and family were very important along with the belief that we are all stewards of our communities. It is with that intention that the Spine & Sport Foundation, a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization, was created in 2011. The purpose of the Spine & Sport Foundation is to promote and provide assistance to organizations that benefit the communities in which we work and play. In realizing that purpose, the Spine & Sport Foundation has been very active in communities throughout the Coastal Empire. We have been involved with AASU Biodynamics Lab, AASU Physical Therapy Department, Wounded Warrior Project, Arthritis Foundation of Georgia and Florida, CASA of Savannah, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Community Health Mission, Chamber of Commerce Savannah Sports Council, Leadership Savannah, Chamber of Commerce Owners Council, Chambers of Commerce members in Effingham, Liberty, Chatham, and Bryan counties, and March of Dimes.
We look forward to building relationships with different organizations and charities as we continue to try to find ways to help our communities thrive.
Sincerely,
Dr. Eric Bull and Dr. Jacques Beauchamp, Co-Founders
